JOB TITLE: Digital IT II Leader – Infrastructure & Operations 

   

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:   

  • The primary focus of this role is to use your Digital IT expertise to enhance the performance of the business and to enable its digital transformation strategy
  • Serve as the Digital IT leader within Technology and Digital Operations for strategy development, solution discovery, project implementation, and Digital IT support operations   
  • Lead and manage the area team and vendors to develop and improve technology-enabled business capabilities while delivering reliable, high-performance Digital IT services 
  • Identify cost and productivity improvements while increasing the value of the Digital IT investment portfolio and driving a long-term view on technology investments    
  • Act as a technologist and a catalyst of digital transformation to increase business agility and enable the strategy of the company, as well as the key liaison for all Digital IT functions globally  
  • Ensure fluid communication and nurturing partnerships between Digital IT and Business Processes while providing hands-on support to your teams and other business areas   
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders to gain their active support for the transformation agenda while sharing visions and updates on how IT creates value and innovation for the organization   
  • Develop and implement Digital IT roadmaps, such as projects and enhancements while developing solution concepts and business cases for new investments ensuring success within the organization   
  • Create IT-enabled business capabilities to attain strategic objectives and manage the IT Solutions portfolio related to the business and Digital IT processes assigned    
  • Oversee the launch of Digital Product and aid to maximize the positive impact on the organization while ensuring adherence to our reference architectures and standards while ensuring a smooth transition to the operation, and maintain functions
  • Lead and manage the team while providing active support for their personal development, as well as managing the budget, project portfolio, and KPIs
  • Build a strong relationship with IT strategic partners in managed service model and evangelize collaborations

YOUR CREDENTIALS:   

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent Technology discipline, and/or equivalent related experience  
  • 10 years of IT experience in infrastructure and operations   
  • 5 years of experience managing or leading teams   
  • Experience in manufacturing companies is a plus  
  • Experience working and managing outsourcing vendors
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience in a global, 24x7 environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT processes, IT functions (development, infrastructure, security, governance), and technology (cloud, big data, architecture, APIs)  
  • Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processes
