You Have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
  • One to three years of supply chain management experience required
  • Experience with ERP system preferred
  • Ability to perform and prioritize a variety of analytical tasks with minimum supervision
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • PC proficiency with software including data-based programs, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Proficiency in the use of SAP (ECC & APO) preferred
  • Data mapping and reporting with SQL preferred

 

Your Purpose:

The role of this position is to be a technical leader and manage several technical aspects as they relate to Customer Fulfillment and Business Analytics.  The position is responsible for, but not limited to the following: Transfer Process Management and Execution, Business Report Management, and Customer Order Fulfillment. The Fulfillment Analyst II analyzes and makes required adjustments considering supply chain guidelines and opportunities to enhance customer service. This is accomplished through management of our company’s resources and business intelligence for the department.

 

Your Work:

 

  • Manage transfers to the following locations
    • Downstream Rail Group
    • Duluth grinding ball
    • Mill to Mill transfers
    • Support Downstream Processing for Heat Treat
  • Manage Auto Delivery and Auto Shipment Master Data
  • Update, Track and Manage Auto Pricing for Transfers
  • Create, Update and Maintain Reporting for the Department
    • Ensuring Data Accuracy and Relevance
    • Maintain PowerBi User Access
    • Use of Database(s) or other external data sources
    • Perform Routine and Non-Routine Analyses
  • Master Data Management for Pertinent Areas
  • Execute, Based on SOP Guidelines, Identify Opportunities and Corrective Actions for Order Confirmations in these Process Areas
    • Transfers
    • Offline & 3rd Party
    • External Customer Orders
  • Process Chain setup and management
  • Understand Inventory Management Principles and How to Apply Them
  • Other duties as assigned
