YOUR CONTRIBUTION: 

• As an SAP Supply Chain expert, the SAP Consultant is a catalyst of digital transformation to increase business agility and enable the strategy of the company, as well as the key liaison for his/her functional globally.
• Lead and collaborate with the development of best practices, guiding principles, solutions architecture, and roadmaps
• Serve as a subject matter expert working with business processes peers solving problems, advising on various complex business-related issues
• Advise and drive the use of technology to streamline business processes
• Collaborate with leadership to develop ideas and solutions to present to business processes peers
• Analyze, gather requirements, design business processes, define functional specifications, and configure solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Configure, develop, and implement SAP systems, and smoothly integrate SAP applications with existing IT business solutions
• Prepare test plan, test scripts for system testing, and functional testing, and implement the plan, as well as support for activities related to data conversion and resolve issues
• Provide SAP system support, end-user training, and document SAP processes
• Leads the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and recommends solutions for improvement.
• Participate in projects as an SAP expert
• Lead functional areas within projects and/or lead implementation projects
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments
• Work with Digital IT service providers to provide support to users, to deliver applications enhancements and on project activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business peers to gain their active support for the transformation agenda
• Support leadership in developing and implementing Digital IT roadmaps, such as projects and enhancement
• Develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments

YOUR CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of SAP experience
• SAP certifications preferred
• Extensive SAP module-specific knowledge (See ‘Specific Credentials below)
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations preferred[CB1] [br2] [CB3] 
• Knowledge of IT processes, IT functions (development, infrastructure, security, governance), and technology (MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Net weaver Architecture, APIs management, etc)
• Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processes
• Ability to work with teams in Application Managed Services (AMS) environment driving engagement with an ownership mindset
• Ability to document SAP processes
• Experience leading projects
• Understanding of business processes and best practices to provide effective solutions

YOUR SPECIFIC CREDENTIALS: 

Supply Chain (APO):

• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana)
• Strong experience with SAP APO PP/DS (Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling) and GATP (Global Available-to-Promise)
• Strong Experience with Order Management configurations, changes & support
• Strong knowledge working in Integrating SAP applications with external digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge in supporting Digital teams in mapping the standard/custom RFC’s/BAPI’s.   
• Preferred experience with SAP APO DP (Demand Planning), SNP (Supply Network Planning) and CIF (Core Interface)
• Preferred experience with SAP BTP and Fiori 
• Preferred experience with SAP IBP modules like S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), Demand, Inventory, Supply and Response & Supply
• Preferred experience with ABAP Cloud Development, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model and ABAP Development Tools (ADT)
• Preferred experience with in implementing and / or migrating from SAP APO to SAP IBP
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including the latest updates such as AI-driven productivity tools and enhanced user experiences.
• Familiarity with debugging SAP standard and understanding custom ABAP code.
