You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or related business field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in pricing, finance, or sales.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of other MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience with ERP and pricing systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to simplify and improve processes.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

 

Your Purpose:

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and executing pricing operations across multiple product lines. You will support the pricing team by managing data, assisting with rebate programs, resolving pricing disputes, analyzing variances, and contributing to strategic pricing initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Your Work:

  • Act as a primary contact for sales teams and customers regarding all pricing and rebate inquiries.  
  • Maintain and update pricing data: list prices, freight rates, surcharges, and other master data.
  • Manage assigned rebate portfolios: review submissions, validate supporting documentation, coordinate approvals, and oversee accurate settlement and reconciliation.
  • Forecast rebates and track accruals in collaboration with Sales and Accounting.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP and Power BI to monitor and report on rebate program performance and pricing trends.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and internal audit requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding pricing discrepancies, updates, and distribution of freight rates, surcharges, and related documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and support strategic price positioning.
  • Prepare detailed pricing reports and documentation for pricing and rebate activities.
  • Collaborate with IT on system updates and process improvements.
  • Perform regular audit checks on pricing and rebate transactions.
