During the program you will interact with team members from around the world. You will have the opportunity to learn on the job and work on challenging projects that will further your development. You will have the opportunity to learn about various areas of business operations (such as finance/accounting, human resources, sales, procurement, safety), including Gerdau’s production and fabricating processes, and lead improvement projects for sustainable business results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the process of designing the Construction Sales road Map
  • Support the department in discovering and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction sales department.
  • Creating KPI’s and routines that will help improve our customer’s experience and NPS.
  • Participate in department projects that will enhance your knowledge and understanding of the Company and our customers (Projects will vary depending on priorities)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business administration or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)
  • College graduate - recently completed or be in the process of completing degree before program starts.
  • Record of high academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.0)
  • Preference for a degree related internship experience
  • A maximum of 3 years full time work experience
  • Well-rounded applicants with leadership roles in student organizations or extra-curricular activities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment.
  • Willing to relocate to various locations within the United States during the length of the program.
