Job Description

Working closely with the M&A and Corporate Development team for North America (US, Canada & Mexico), you’ll support build the business lead pipeline, grow the department external network and enable the team to work at maximum efficiency.

*Individual can work remotely, but must be local to the Bay Area region



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Scouting – define target companies, conduct search for potential leads, research business news, prepare reports, maintain CRM tool
  • Lead qualification – reach out to targeted companies and conduct lead qualification interview
  • Network expansion – analyze potential business partners/service providers, schedule and participate on exploratory meetings
  • Business analysis / M&A Due diligence – support basic financial analysis, comparable transactions, and company profiling
  • Administrative support – presentation preparation, research, data gathering, KPI reporting


The Individual

  • Undergraduate entering Senior year or Graduate student
  • Pursing a degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related area or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience from a recognized accredited college or university.
  • Must be legally authorized to work part-time in the country of hire without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment.
