Your Qualifications:

• Education: Whether you hold a high school diploma/GED or a 2–4-year degree in Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing, your determination is what matters most.
• Manufacturing Knowledge in Comparable Industries: 3-5 years of hands- on experience in Metal Manufacturing OR Oil & Gas, Paper, and Military.
• Shift Flexibility: Our 12-hour rotating shifts (including days, nights, and two consecutive weekends a month) give you flexibility with working 14 days out of 28 days!
• Workflow Savvy: You understand workflow processes and know how to prioritize.
• Team Development Guru: Developing and training a team is your forte. You have at least 2 years of supervision experience.
• Equipment Expertise: You understand manufacturing equipment operations.
• Communication Pro: Your written and oral communication skills are as sharp.

Your Purpose:

As our Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll be the guiding force for a crew of 15–20 talented employees—from the Billet Yard through Rolling and Finishing. Your mission? To create a productive, high-performing, and safety-conscious work environment.
