We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor II - Electrical to lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced, heavy‑industrial environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop electrical maintenance technicians
  • Manage maintenance for utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and building systems
  • Implement preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Partner with operations to ensure equipment reliability
  • Conduct audits, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions
  • Champion safety programs and emergency preparedness
  • Use CMMS and CAD tools for planning and documentation

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or HS diploma and 5 years electrical experience
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing
  • Strong AC/DC, motors, transformers, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software
  • Strong leadership focus on safety, quality, and team development
