Maintenance Reliability Engineer – Join Gerdau in Petersburg, VA

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
• Lead RCFA, FMEA, and RCM efforts to reduce downtime
• Use condition monitoring tools (vibration, thermography, lubrication)
• Optimize CMMS and track KPIs for asset performance
• Collaborate on major overhauls and capital projects

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering  and 3 years in reliability/maintenance 
• 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, TPM, Six Sigma, and reliability tools
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• CMRP/CRE certification a plus
