Pay Rate Breakdown:

  • Starting Pay $20.00/hr
  • Attendance Bonus $1.00/hr
  • Shift Premium $0.40/hr
  • Production Bonus $1.94/hr
  • Total Pay $23.00 and up

 

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Must be able to work rotating shift schedule
  • Operate the line within Standard Hourly Production averages
  • Conduct sample testing
  • Load and unload material as well as inventory control
  • Unload truck loads for incoming material
  • Material movement using a forklift 
  • Daily preventative maintenance on equipment

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

Safety: Maintain Housekeeping in area. Observe and follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations. Maintain a safe work environment. Attend safety meetings. Report/repair any unsafe condition, behavior or equipment.

 

Practices: Operates all Induction Quench and Temper Lines and Induction Stress Relieve Line. Has proven abilities to problem solve heat treat issues. Assures that customer requirements and specifications are met.

 

Quality: Prepares and performs testing of samples used in quality check parameters. Ability to operate all testing equipment. Performs verification of all gauging and measurement equipment.

 

Maintenance: Performs preventative maintenance, trouble shoots and corrects/repairs equipment malfunctions and breakdowns. Has demonstrated general knowledge and practical performance abilities in electricity, welding, pneumatic and heat treat water systems. Assists Maintenance and Engineering where needed.
