Starting pay $29.26 / hour plus premium pay, over time and weekly bonus with the potential to earn up to $79000 your first year and benefits start on your first day!

Your Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • AAS in Industrial Maintenance and maintenance reliability certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting, preferably with heavy machinery.
  • Advanced knowledge of the following maintenance disciplines: AC/DC motors, gearbox mechanics, lubrication principles, welding, cutting torch, NFPA 70E, and common maintenance tools. 
  • Intermediate knowledge of blueprint reading, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, stick and tig welding and rigging principles.
  • Use drawings, charts, tables, and various precision measuring instruments, and requires training applicable to mechanical repair occupation.
  • Ability to read, write, and subtract and use shop mathematics. Know the use of a variety of maintenance and repair items.
  • Team-oriented with communication skills required to work with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and production operators. 
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 12 hr shift including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Comfortable with working in heights and extreme temperatures.


Your Purpose:

You will perform maintenance and repair operations necessary to keep the mill, equipment, machinery, and tools in good operating conditions; working in the many and diversified capacities required in maintenance.


Your Work:

  • Perform maintenance and repair operations necessary to ensure plant, equipment, machinery, and tools are in good operating condition; working in the many and diversified capacities required in maintenance.
  • Involves a wide range and variety of complex work and duties requiring considerable care to effectively dismantle, repair, lubricate, reassemble, or otherwise work on general maintenance in varied capacities of such areas as an electrician, pipefitter, machine repairman, plumber, millwright, welder, and burner.
  • You will start, observe, and operate equipment to detect or verify the malfunction and determine if it should be repaired or replaced.
  • You will conduct preventive maintenance through inspecting, adjusting feed, speed power input and output, cleaning, and lubricating equipment.
  • You will tear down, replace, repair, install, and assemble equipment, parts, components, and accessories.
  • You will detect and report faulty material, environmental hazards, and/ or improper operation of mill equipment or machinery.
