Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years leading electrical projects involving power systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP preferred
  • Experience with contractor management
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

Your Purpose

You will lead capital projects from concept to completion, managing all phases including business justification, technical planning, execution, and closure. Projects typically range from $50,000 to $3 million.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop technical specifications
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure safety compliance
  • Coordinate with departments to minimize production disruption
  • Manage scope changes and implement necessary adjustments
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure timely project closure
