COME JOIN OUR TEAM...... We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Arlington, TN location.

 

Job summary:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is primarily responsible for entering and managing orders to ensure timely and accurate orders are delivered to customers and that they are satisfied.

 

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

- Sales Order Activities:

Order creation and reconfirmation; taking customer orders (via call or email) to include the product needed, the timeframe needed and price constraints; finding the product availability and entering / confirming the order; managing any changes to the order to include timeframe, price, product quantity, etc and ensuring the customer is aware of any impact of changes; creating the shipment schedule and confirming the order

- Create account set up details to include credit

- Find availability of materials and alternatives to fulfill orders for customers

- Open and process customer compaints

 

Our ideal candidate will have the following education / experience:

- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Computer knowledge and experience, especially with MS Office suite

- Previous experience with data entry, customer service and telesales
