What you will do:

•    Performing plant inspections, compliance reviews, walk-a-rounds field related to environmental compliance coordination or environmental inspections;
•    Performing field activities either individually or as part of a team that may include the collection of water samples, implementing environmental

      procedures, and over sight of related subcontractor services; 
•    Assist in the preparation of State, Federal, DEQ/EPA, and local regulatory agency multimedia reporting relating to air, water and waste.;
•    Assist in preparing studies, plans, specifications, response to regulatory comments, and other communications for environmental engineering

•    Monitoring key compliance metrics and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
•    Responsible for record keeping for State/Federal/County and data management. Maintain environmental plans in accordance with regulatory

•    Develop, organize and deliver environmental training.
•    Provide assistance with miscellaneous Safety department duties.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the area of industrial environmental regulations, particularly Title V air permits and RCRA 
  • Stormwater quality monitoring and reporting preferred
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction and HAZWOPER 40-hour training preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to take directions and work independently
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with co-workers to inform them of work-related problems, regulatory, compliance updates, and to plan, organize, and complete job tasks.
